Return & Refund Policy

The returned goods or products will be verified together with the receipt  and the goods should also present to be in a good condition. The item should  be in  the original condition in the original packaging . In case the good or product has been used or damaged by the customer, there will no refund for the purchase. The Juice Machine will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods or products, customer will received their refund within 3 days after the confirmation.

**In regards to any arrival country that banned e-cig product,it will always subject to buyers risk.Once parcel has left malaysia,we are no longer responsible or able to tolerate with any chargeback cases.
**There is no refund due to clearance issue such as confiscated by autorithies and rejected by the government of an importer's country.
**There will be an additional charges in order to reship back the orders due to rejected by customs.
